RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Don't absolutely love your item? Just contact us and we'll make it right. We accept returns within 30 days on all retail orders.
Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case where there is a defect or quality issue with the product, in which case we'll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone or e-mail within 5 days of receipt.
All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Please contact us before returning any items. Returns or exchanges will be processed by us within 7 days of receiving the return.
